**The Position**:

- Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
- Liaise with management/client to ensure all expectations are met
- Be the point of contact for any issues that may arise
- Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue
- Providing exceptional customer service

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role or managing a team
- Excellent Time Management skills and well-rounded people skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with Microsoft Office
- Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain as well as RSA
