**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Primary focus: Level 2-3 Support Cisco Networking equipment
- Support: VMWare, Veam Backup, M356 and Windows
- Working in a Team to deliver timely and quality outcomes
- Develop technical strategies where possible
- Ensuring documentation and procedures are always up to date

**Here’s what you’ll bring**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in similar client facing role, preferably in a Managed Services environment
- Advanced understanding of Cisco Networks
- Basic level on VMWare, Veam Backup, M356 and Windows
- A solid understanding of Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and SSL Certificates
- Experience in supporting and maintaining backup solutions such as Veeam is preferable
- Experience in virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Hands on configuration and troubleshooting of hardware like servers and shared storage devices
- PowerShell scripting experience is ideal
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills

**Certifications and Experience**
- Good experience deploying and maintaining ICT Infrastructure
- Good understanding of service management tools for event management, provisioning and monitoring
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
