**Our Personal Care Workers and Personal Care Assistants**:
We are currently seeking qualified Medication Endorsed Personal Care Workers who will look after our residents with a high level of attentiveness, kindness, and respect.

You will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents, as well as their capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity and safety.

**Key Duties**:
The role is to perform day to day personal care activities providing a high standard of direct care to residents.

Undertake medication management and treatment procedures as directed by the Residential Site Manager or person in charge

Communicating with residents and their family and friends and other staff in the residence any changes or feedback as required in a professional and private manner.

**About Yourself**:
Our residents are the top priority and we are looking for people who will do their best to ensure that their well-being and lifestyle are maintained. You must have:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support
- Completion of medication administration unit (HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medication)
- A valid Police Check for unsupervised care of vulnerable people that is not more than 12 months old.
- Current Influenza and COVID Vaccination
