**Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate / Potential Team Leader**

**Department**: Warehouse/Logistics

**Reports To**: Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pick/Pack Orders**: Efficiently pick items from inventory according to order specifications and pack them securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- **RF Scanning**: Utilize RF scanning technology to track inventory, confirm order details, and ensure accurate stock levels. Troubleshoot scanning issues as needed.
- **Cycle Counting**: Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Container Unloading**: Safely unload containers, ensuring that all goods are handled properly and stored in designated areas to prevent damage and maintain organization.
- **Pallet Wrapping**: Wrap pallets securely using appropriate materials and techniques to prepare them for shipment or storage, ensuring stability and protection during transit.

**Potential Team Leader Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Assist in leading and supervising a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and adherence to operational procedures.
- **Training**: Help train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
