**Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator - Nunawading VIC**

**Key Responsibility Areas / Duties**:

- Goods INWARDS check and input into ERP
- Goods Out Pick, Check, label, pack, and book courier as required, Enter Connote details into ERP.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched in accordance with set service levels / KPIs.
- Picking of BOMs / Kit Assemblies
- Put away of goods in, including labelling and assigning locations within the ERP and physical put away.
- Liaise with domestic and international freight forwarders and local couriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries. As well as getting freight quotations based on Product Managers requirements.
- Inspection, status indication and traceability activities for stock product.
- Physical control of nonconforming stock product.
- Final deposition of nonconforming stock product when the fault is not attributable to the supplier.
- Handling, storage, packaging, and delivery of product.
- Plan and control stores layout to ensure accessibility, preservation, and security of stock.
- Performance of cycle counts and scheduled stock audits.
- Ensure warehouse areas are clean, neat, and clear of rubbish and are professionally presented.
- Ensure duties are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Quality Manual and Procedures and as instructed by Operations Manager
- Liaise with the Operations Manager to arrange maintenance of materials handling equipment to manufacturers’ specifications, store facilities and general maintenance duties when required.
- Other duties as directed by the Operations Manager

**Key Performance Indicators**

The key performance indicators are punctual completion of daily order fulfilment (Goods Receipts and Shipments), efficient use of resources, quality, and accuracy of completed work.
Qualifications & Experience
- Good written communications/reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience in the use of Enterprise management or stock management software (MYOB Advanced would be an advantage)
- Capable of working under continually changing conditions.
- Has a current Forklift operator’s license.
- Well versed in E-mail communications
