**What’s your role?**
This is a crucial role in driving organic search performance and enhancing the visibility of Bupa's digital assets across various search engines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective SEO strategies, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Bupa's online presence. Also have the opportunity to continue to develop your skills in SEO and other related digital skills in a supportive and fun environment.
**What will your day look like?**
- Develop and implement SEO strategies: Conduct thorough keyword research, perform competitive analysis, and devise comprehensive SEO strategies in partnership with the SEO lead to increase organic rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
- SEO optimisation: Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact search engine crawling, indexing, and user experience. Implement best practices for technical SEO optimisation and combine this with customer-centric experience recommendations to enable a winning strategy.
- Content strategy and optimisation: Collaborate with content designers to develop SEO-friendly content and optimise existing content for search engines. Ensure content aligns with target keywords, user intent, and provides value to the audience.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and user engagement. Generate regular reports, provide insights, and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with SEO Lead and Digital marketing agency: Work closely with the SEO Lead to align SEO initiatives with overall marketing objectives and ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies. Foster a productive relationship with our digital marketing agency, providing guidance and collaborating on SEO-related projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and search engine guidelines. Proactively research and implement innovative SEO techniques to maintain Bupa's competitive edge in the digital landscape.
- Collaboration and communication: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, merchandising, and analytics, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented effectively. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on SEO-related matters.
**What will you bring?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years’ experience in SEO In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to context switch between projects when working with colleagues with an ability to meet agreed deadlines.
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and advancements in SEO.
