**Marketing Manager Opportunities**

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels to uphold a strong and appealing brand identity.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including visuals, menus, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal offers, new menu launches, and special events.
- Design and implement engaging social media strategies to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
- Develop loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits and customer retention.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and social media.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance visibility.
- Maintain the restaurant’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and SEO-optimized.
- Create and distribute newsletters to promote offers, events, and updates.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, including foot traffic, sales, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Present reports on marketing activities and their outcomes to management.
- Coordinate events such as food tastings, wine pairings, and live entertainment to attract customers.
- Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and staff to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Train staff on brand standards and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to innovate strategies.
- Collaborate on promoting seasonal or trending menu items.

**To Be Considered for This Role**
- Be willing to relocate if residing interstate or in other cities.
- Be available to work on weekends and handle split shifts as required.
- Hold a relevant Diploma qualification in Hospitality Management or possess at least 3 years of experience within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Exhibit excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Lead by example, ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service.
