Experienced Waitress

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a busy cafe environment? Frankie & George Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team.

**Position**: Waiter/Waitress

**Location**: Frankie & George, Brisbane City

**Job Type**: Part-time Casual (20 hours/week), with potential for additional hours

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guests
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
