**The Opportunity**

Bring your commitment to providing the highest levels of administration and client services to the role of Venue Hire Officer.

Providing administrative services within the Venue Hire team and assisting with venue hire enquiries and events of MPAC’s Clayton campus venues, you will be responsible for the delivery of small events end-to-end as directed, and conducting general site visits and tours for potential clients and visitors.

Making good use of your high-level organisational skills, you will oversee distribution and submission of event related documentation, and process event acquittals, invoices and payments via the event bookings system.
