Entry Level Office Assistant

With 9 Boutique Pie Bakery Cafes across South East Queensland, we are known for our excellence in customer service and high-quality product offerings.

Beefy's are seeking to employ an Office Assistant at its Factory Premises in Kunda Park with duties including:
Assist counting daily store income & prepare banking

Collate Stationary requirements & order

Update Phone Lists and answering phones as required

Maintain Birthday & Anniversary memos

Daily Takings Sign sheets

Sort the distribution of incoming store satchels

Service & maintain office cleaning, ensure the office is rubbish free and clean

Post office collections/visits (Own transport and drivers licence required)

Other duties as required

**Salary**: $12.00 - $23.23 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
