**The importance of this role**

This is an exciting period of transformation, change and growth for us within the Talent Acquisition team as we build on our partnerships with key business stakeholders to source exceptional talent, and to engage in a range of special projects and proactive sourcing activities.

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Partner, our dynamic and supportive team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Officers will welcome you openly, encouraging your innovative solutions. Ultimately, you will join us to assist in attracting and sourcing exceptional talent to our wide variety of services throughout the business.

Utilising a range of your previous skills and experience, you will provide complex end to end recruitment support and advice to stakeholders, including advertising support for recruitment and on-boarding activities.

Indicative Total Remuneration: $74,000 - $77,000 based on experience (plus significant salary sacrificing benefits + superannuation).

You would describe your work style as team-oriented, collaborative and proactive, with exceptional organisation, planning, prioritisation and time management skills.

To be suitable for this position, your qualifications for the role will consist of:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar, or experience in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in end to end recruitment;
- Previous experience using e-Recruitment systems.
