Are you an organised and friendly individual with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our client's team in Belmont. This 12-month assignment offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 and an immediate start.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet Visitors: Be the welcoming face of our organisation. Greet clients, guests, and employees with a warm smile and professional demeanour.
- Answer Calls: Manage incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate department, and take accurate messages.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all visitors and callers.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and positive attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
