We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Quality Process Improvement Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager Service Management Centre.

A bit about your role

As the Quality Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our business processes, procedures, and practices related to SEO technology delivery. Your role will involve developing and managing strategies for quality assurance, leading initiatives to improve processes, and ensuring that all quality control measures are robust and effective.

In this role, you will oversee the development and operation of the nbn test framework, performing internal audits of test artefacts to ensure compliance with organizational directives and standards. You will contribute to the collection of evidence for formal audits, examining records to verify that appropriate testing and quality control activities have taken place.

Your work will involve leading and developing an organisational approach to quality assurance, setting strategic objectives, and ensuring that all quality assurance tools and activities are reliable and tailored to meet the company’s goals. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver specific initiatives that align with our commitment to quality.

A bit about you

Your understanding of quality frameworks and drivers is exceptional, and you have experience implementing and continuously improving centralised quality functions. You are skilled at developing quality documentation, processes, and work instructions that guide program teams in implementing quality-specific initiatives.

You excel in stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation, particularly at the executive level. Your project management and governance skills are strong, enabling you to lead quality improvement programs that deliver tangible results.
