**Hey You**:
genU is looking for a** Change Analyst **to join our longstanding, purpose driven and values based organisation to make a real difference to people’s lives on a daily basis.

The **Change Analyst** will assist the Change & Communications Project Lead and greater Project team in defining the projects through which the Strategic Plan and Digital Transformation Agenda will be realised.

In this role you will focus on interpreting and analysing research data to then produce actionable and targeted documents to support change implementation activities, including change impact assessements, change management plans, communications plans, training plans and any other relevant artefacts.

This is a full-time fixed-term (6 months) position with the potential for extension. You will be based at the genU support HUB in Geelong - flexible working arrangements available.
- A competitive remuneration package is on offer, commensurate with experience. Salary starting from $100,000.00 per annum (full-time equivalent) + salary packaging_

**About You?**:
Our ideal **Change Analyst** will have:

- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts with a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of training and training material.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with exceptional active listening skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, including ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Attention to detail, working in a complex business environment with competing priorities and issues.
- Demonstrated capacity to self-organise and work with mínimal direction.
- Experience in defining and establishing projects and the associated artefacts.
- You will need the following:_
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
