**About the role**
Reporting to the Civil Supervisor, you will be doing general labour duties including heavy and physical manual work, various landscaping activities and other maintenance duties as required.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Assist a broad range of tradespersons across all areas of the project team
- Contribute to a culture of 'Safety and Health above all else' by ensuring that safe work practices are always observed by yourself, fellow maintenance team members and subcontractors
- Demonstrate personal behavior that upholds Ventia values
- Predominantly day shift, but this role will also involve some night shift

**About you**
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in general civil labour positions
- Possess the ability to deliver work under a wide-ranging workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- An ability to work without supervision and to work effectively with both internal as well as external stakeholders
- An understanding and commitment to WHS, risk management and hazard identification
- Possession of a Heavy Rigid (Truck) Licence is highly desirable, but not essential
- Minimum MR License required
