Wholesale Officer

We are currently looking for a Permanent Wholesale Officer to join our Commercial Credit Team reporting to the Senior Commercial Credit Analyst to liaise with Dealers, Manufacturers, other Financiers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient management of stock and payment of invoices, internal and external transfers, acquisitions and settlements. **What you'll do**
- Monitor dealer credit lines and reports regarding stock levels and liaise with dealers to ensure that stock is accounted for
- Liaise with financiers and auditors to ensure stock report reconciliation and timely settlement of new acquisitions and additional lending.
- Ensure that bailment of vehicles is in line with the operating policy
- Monitor dealer limits and payments. Escalate any issues noted as per the wholesale operating policy
- Assist with all Dealer enquiries, in a positive, confident and timely manner
- Monitor invoice payments and follow up if and when necessary
- Follow up any outstanding credit notes or incorrect invoices
- Follow up dealers in relation to limits and act as liaison between commercial credit team, relationship manager and dealer as and when required
- Assist commercial credit in preparing reports and following up dealers and Regional Manager to ensure collection of information

**What you'll bring**
- Tertiary qualification in business or finance is desirable
- Experience in automotive industry is desirable.
- 2 years of experience working in a customer service role or an account processing role
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop alternative solutions to problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.
- High level of attention to details and accuracy while working under pressure.
