Supporting Abilities for Everyone (S.A.F.E.) is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join the team, located throughout SE Melbourne.
- 42-year-old male participant.
- Preston location.
- Short-term assignment. Shifts to be filled:

- Tuesday, November 26, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Wednesday, November 27, 7:30 am - 11:30 am
- Tuesday, December 3, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Wednesday, December 4, 7:30 am - 11:30 am
- Must be able to commit to all shifts.
- Open to male and female support workers.
- Motor Neurone Disease (MND) experience preferred.
- Tasks include: community access, transporting a wheelchair and/or four-wheel walker in your own vehicle, walking to nearby locations, basic domestic assistance; light cleaning around the house in preparation for moving house in near-future.
- Participant interests include: Sport (rugby, cricket, basketball), video games, cooking, gyM/Fitness.
- Potential for additional hours with other MND participants nearby.

We are looking for competent, enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers who possess the right empathy, interpersonal skills and ethics to prioritise the care of our clients.

**Essential Selection Criteria (or willingness to obtain)**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee status/if working with participants
