About the role

The Associate Program Director of Patient Access will work with the Program Director to support delivery of timely access to care, in the acute and subacute areas.

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
AHPRA registered

Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work at both a strategic and operational level within a complex organisation.

Extensive professional and clinical leadership and demonstrated ability to work with a diverse and complex professional workforce.

Experience within a large, complex healthcare or other relevant organisation

Conceptual, innovative approach to strategic planning and change management

About you

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
Current Division 1 registration with AHPRA

At least 4 years’ experience working at a senior level

Post Graduate qualifications in Nursing/Health/Management (desirable)

Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience

High level communication & problem solving skills whilst managing competing demands

A strong commitment to high quality care

The ability to work as part of a diverse team
