- Dorevitch Pathology Haematology department in central Heidelberg Laboratory is seeking a laboratory assistant to join our dynamic team part-time position (15 hours per week). The successful applicant must be team focused, self-motivated individual capable of working in a very busy environment. The laboratory assistant will be involved in:
- Operating a variety of hematology equipment
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Running patient samples
- Performing manual testing
- Assisting in the management of stock.

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and work as a team
- Understanding the importance of following procedures accurately
- A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
- Haematology background (TAFE certificate) would be advantageous
