Reporting to the Warehousing & Logistics Manager, your new role as a Duty Stores Supervisor will see you responsible for maintaining and coordinating inventory control processes to enhance accuracy and customer service. You will identify and implement solutions that provide improved financial performance whilst ensuring all safety and compliance requirements are met, whilst being the main point of contact for inventory validation.

As a Duty Stores Supervisor, you will also be responsible for providing support and assistance with the management of QantasLink Material & Logistics, which will include but not limited to; the training of all stores staff and overseeing the training of staff in the use of all inventory modules in TRAX.

You’ll have:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage with other operational and non-operational stakeholders, develop and promote staff, and to delegate work- Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Information Systems such as TRAX would be advantageous- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Warehouse and/or Logistics environment- Understanding of Aircraft Line/Ramp and Heavy Maintenance and Operations- Ability to work a rotating day shift roster - 4 on, 4 off- Knowledge of relevant aircraft maintenance / overhaul documentation and planning processes- High level communication, and strong, clear stakeholder engagement skills- Must be Dangerous Goods (DG) qualified or be willing to obtain- Exposure to process improvement skills (LEAN, CAP 8 etc.)- Highly motivated and driven to achieve both personal and organisational goals- Proven problem-solving skills and an effective team leader
