We seek a skilled Powder Coater to join our dynamic team on a brand new site in Campbellfield. As a Powder Coater, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the quality and durability of our finished products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the coating process to ensure proper coverage and adhesion
- Conduct quality inspections to identify and address any defects or imperfections
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in powder coating or a related field preferred
- Worked with Sheetmetal advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulations
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
