**Summary**:
The Systems Analyst position involves examining and evaluating existing computer systems and business models and providing solutions to improve information systems efficiency and productivity. This role requires close work with business stakeholders to identify system requirements and provide project leadership and technical support during the implementation of new systems or upgrades.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse existing systems and business models.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify system requirements.
- Design and propose improvements to systems.
- Manage the implementation of new systems or upgrades.
- Ensure system testing and validation.
- Provide support for system-related issues.
- Document system specifications and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for users on new systems.

**Main tasks**:

- Review and evaluate current systems and processes.
- Gather and document user requirements.
- Develop detailed specifications for system changes.
- Plan and manage system implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions.
- Conduct system testing to ensure functionality.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments for system integration.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare reports on system changes and performance metrics.

**Relevant qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Relevant skills**:

- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with system design and implementation.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Understanding of database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
