Leading Finance company that provides finance for consumers is seeking an experienced Loans Officer and Collections Administration Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Client phone interviews to identify financial needs
- Provide support and advice to new and existing customers on options available to them
- Obtain additional information or documentation
- Build positive relationships with the customer
- Dealing with the creditors of clients
- General administration.

You will currently possess the following skills:

- A genuine enthusiasm for providing phone-based and online finance solutions
- Detail-oriented due to the financial nature of the role
- A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the financial services industry
- Excellent work ethic
- Be a team player as well as an ability to work autonomously.
- Be target driven and strive towards reaching and exceeding KPI’s
- Be empathetic while negotiating a positive outcome for the customer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The hours on offer are a 9 Day fortnight - where you have every second Monday off as an RDO. Hours are 7.30 am, finish at 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 5pm Thursday and 4pm Friday.
