**What you'll be doing**

Key functions include:

- Acute assessment, care co-ordination and management of a range of mental health problems within a multidisciplinary team.
- There are strong working relationships with a range of cross sector service providers, stakeholders and partner organisations.
- There is a focus on delivering evidence based clinical interventions within best practice models of care to achieve good clinical outcomes for consumers.
- All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW._
- Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available._

**Selection Criteria**
- Recognised qualification as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse. For Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Nursing current full registration with AHPRA and for Social Work eligibility for membership of AASW.
- Relevant experience in the provision of clinical mental health services.
- Demonstrated ability to implement a range of clinical interventions in mental health in line with best practice guidelines.
- Demonstrated commitment to service development and quality improvement principles.
- Understanding of NSW Mental Health Act.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessment and management of acute mental health presentations.
- Current NSW driver’s licence.
