**Job description**:
This Leading Digital Communications provider is looking for a social media influencer expert with a deep understanding of the crucial role that social media plays in brand development and audience engagement.
**Responsibilities**
**Key responsibilities**
Develop an organic Social SEO strategy across multiple social platforms, liaise with internal teams for content production, drive social media performance contributions to the overall business omni-channel targets.
Involving: Campaign implementation, managing complex bid strategies, vendor management, investigating and implementing new betas, delivering an overarching audience strategy which results in effective frequency management, minimising clashing messages being targeted to the same audiences, and increasing the effectiveness and relevance of our social media marketing activity.
- Social platforms: TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Manage social calendar for all social platforms, including recommendations on cadence, frequency, types of content etc
- Recommend campaign spend, allocate, track and optimise in real time
- Schedule and boost in Hootsuite where possible, manually otherwise
- Liaise with external vendors on content creation and campaign strategy
- Monthly reporting including spend tracking and recommendations
- Community building / community management
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in paid social media implementation and strategy
- Media agency or client-side background preferred
- Experience in Subscription or loyalty Business
- Experience in digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Domo
- Proficient at social campaign implementation via Facebook Business Manager
- Intermediate/Advance Excel ability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights from data to inform optimisation decisions
- Resilient in nature and ability to manage personal workload with mínimal supervision
- Self-starter, task and goal orientated
- Customer focused
- Ability to work in a time critical environment and to meet deadlines
