**Primary Responsibilities**
In the role of Model Manager, we'll count on you to:
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architecture designs by hand or using computer-aided design software
- Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for production of design developments and construction documents, and knowledge of engineering planning, drafting and detailing
- Perform other duties as needed
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2+ years architectural drafting experience on buildings/facilities
- Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prepare drawings and details
- Experience in commercial or institutional facilities
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Healthcare, Science and Technology and/or Civic facilities experience
- Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
