**Description**:
**The Role**:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a Part time Cold larder position at our aged care residence in Curl Curl Private Hospital.

Preparing delicious meals for our grateful residents; this role is ideal for anyone who wants to make a real difference to those they serve each day

Public transport accessible and onsite parking available.

**Roster**: Tuesday 15:30 to 19:30/ Wednesday 15:30 to 19:30/ Thursday 15:30 to 19:30/ Saturday 15:30 to 19: 30

Every second Saturday 06:30 to 15:30 double shift 15;30 19:30/ Sunday 06:30 to 15:00

**What This Role Involves**:
Preparing and presenting food for our residents
Stock ordering, rotation, stocktaking and Customer Service
Maintaining a clean working environment
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
Preparing and presenting texture modified foods

**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience in kitchens and food preparation
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantage)
Previous experience in aged care or catering (advantage)
