We are looking for a Principal Advisor Knowledge Management to facilitate the rapid development and conversion of new technologies into tangible business and societal value for the Group.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be work with R&D and Innovation Leaders from across the Group on architecting and building a Group-wide approach to continually capture and deliver learnings and actionable insights to in-flight projects.

Reporting to the Strategy and Portfolio Senior Manager and working in a challenging and exciting environment team within the Innovation Science and Technology Group, you will:

- Collaborate with our Product Groups and Functions to understand where and how new insights can enhance technology developments and measure overall effectiveness
- Ensure leading and next-generation knowledge management toolsets are applied in a targeted way
- Establish and nurture a network of knowledge advocates and experts to bring insights and engineer and shape the processes and ways of working that will underpin this
