We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources/Recruitment Coordinator as we nationally grow in partnership with the Independent Grocers of Australia (IGA).

**Key responsibilities**
- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding & offboarding
- Rostering and scheduling of staff, managing staff leave
- Work, health & safety (WHS)
- Training & development
- Compliance with relevant legislation
- Assisting payroll
- Coordinate initiatives that drive and foster employee engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project work and administration assistance
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work and adapt in an ever-changing environment
- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in a similar role / strong administrative background

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
