The purpose of this role is to support various departments within the workshop, contribute to meeting HSE/Quality targets and customer demands. Tasks in this role include but are not limited to:

- Adherence to all HSE requirement/procedure and prompt incident reporting.
- Stripping of Unit Exchange Pumps and Motors, ensuring components are ready for further processing.
- Revise stripped items and ensure they are fit for assembling purpose
- Assisting with basic machining tasks and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
- Maintaining a safe work environment for both self and colleagues.
- Demonstrating proactive communication regarding safety issues or suggestions.
- Identifying and communicating any component issues to facilitate quick resolution.

**Qualifications**
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Proven mechanical knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- Effective communication skills.
- Forklift license
