Be apart of a new and growing Cafe within the Noosa area

About the role

The primary purpose of the Thrive Café Attendant position is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the growing Thrive Café.

You will successfully
- Ensure customers feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service always
- Ensure customers are satisfied with quality of food and beverages served through constant feedback
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating through to Line Management as needed
- Assist with referring clients seeking support to Line Manager, Corps Officer and/or Administration staff as needed
- Ensure Cafe area is ready and presentable each morning
- Prepare the days food and beverages
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean and maintained in excellent working condition
- Provide volunteers with a safe work environment

This is a casual role located in Noosa, QLD. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020. This is for 2 days a week.

You will have
- Experience as a Barista, with food handling and customer services
- Experience of Safe Food Handling
- Knowledge of legislated requirements under the Food and Beverages Act
- A National Criminal History Check
