**About the role**:
As part of the leadership team, provide planning, scheduling, and cost control support to ensure the smooth running of our Mortlake BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Project.
**Why this role matters?**
- Manage program risk associated with delivery of projects in a split-contract model, including program and delay management between multiple interfacing contracts.
- Monitor project targets and provide key insights into actual targets and trends, advise on mitigation strategy.
- Development of project dashboards to measure and monitor progress of multiple contracts into a singular format.
- Provide leadership and ownership of planning & scheduling software (P6), systems, and related tools especially with respect to enterprise solutions.
- Develop the resource requirements with respect to planning and scheduling including the roles and responsibilities between the project and project work streams to ensure the interfaces are understood by all members.
- Define how all the various schedules in the project will be coordinated and interfaced i.e., full integrated project schedule or defined milestones to provide rolled up project schedule.
**What will you bring?**
- Demonstrated experience and skills in integrated planning and scheduling in a heavy industrial environment.
- Previous experience in Wind Farm projects, or Renewable Energy projects as a minimum
- Knowledge of Quality Management and Project Management processes
- Health, Safety and Environment knowledge
- Reporting skills including cost monitoring and budgets
- Scheduling experience in Primavera; Ellipse, SAP or Oracle experience; Microsoft Office suite (Advanced)
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
