**The Role**

The position will:
- Communicate effectively whilst responding to stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
- Champion best practice record keeping approaches and practices and support governance and assurance over the integrity of the GWEO Group Security Model and contribute to business improvement strategies.
- Lead a small team, set work area priorities, allocate work and resources, encouraging career development and promoting professionalism.
**About our Team**
The Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Group Headquarters delivers a broad range of coordination and enabling services to support the Chief of GWEO, GWEO Group executives, divisions, staff, and external stakeholders. The Decision Support Directorate focuses on a wide range of corporate and enabling functions to support GWEO Group in meeting its delivery and compliance obligations to Capability Managers, Defence and Whole of Government.
The Decision Support services include:
- Information and records management service delivery and its governance, assurance, quality management, risk management and records remediation and compliance responsibilities.
- Implementation of ERP across GWEO Group.
Staff are located at HMAS Stirling, W.A, RAAF Bases Williamtown, NSW and East Sale, VIC and Canberra, ACT.
