**The Company**:
My client is an established national commercial design and construct group that delivers a diverse range of fitout, refurbishment, redevelopment and construction projects across the commercial mixed-use, industrial, government, hotel/hospitality, health/aged-care, education, and retail sectors valued up to 15mil.

With 3 offices nationally, they leverage strong relationships with institutional blue-chip clients including property groups, developers, retail/F&B/hotel brands, hospitals/healthcare providers, universities, and government bodies. Given the calibre of these clients, you will be exposed to a high-level of client/stakeholder interaction throughout projects, working closely with the group's respective QLD Preconstruction, Project Delivery and Design Teams.

**The Role**:
As Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating operational on-site works to ensure projects are delivered effectively as per programme. Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining WHS and quality on-site, while managing subcontractors and suppliers. In addition, you will manage manage/mitigate potential project risks throughout delivery in accordance with plans, specifications, scopes, codes, and regulations.

**Reporting to**: QLD Construction Manager / Project Manager / Site Manager

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage dispute resolution between clients and subcontractors
- Coordinate variation works between clients and subcontractors
- Implement and maintain OH&S standards onsite
- Compile Site Safety Plans and develop Risk Registers for high risk works
- Assist with managing and coordinating project site team whilst maintaining HIGH level of associated paperwork control
- Coordinate procurement/delivery of materials, trades and contract letting
- Engage and liaise with key project stakeholders including clients, designers, facility managers, consultants and tenants

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Trade/qualification in construction or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with successful delivery of commercial fitout, refurb, interiors or insurance projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a client facing capacity, managing a variety of key project stakeholders
- Strong understanding of technical construction methodologies and WHS codes/regulations
