**Your normal day** includes the following duties:

- Ensuring that the mission and values of the College permeate all aspects of leadership and management related to this role.
- Collaborate to ensure that individual student needs are recognised and facilitated in all aspects of teaching.
- Maintain up-to-date all required records within your teaching discipline.
Ensure that student work requiring checking and correction is completed by the required deadlines.
- Ensure that the planned units of work is adhered to.
- Ensure that the assessment practices and procedures are adhered to.
- Participate in the formal cross-marking procedures and monitor the marking and quality of student work.
- Attend faculty meetings and staff meetings.
- Ensure workplace health and safety requirements.
