‘My First Gym’, is Australia’s fastest growing fitness movement for kids aged from 7 months to 15 years. ‘My First Gym’ Springfield is one of the newest in the company with a state of the art facility that has proven to be loved by kids and families alike.

**About the role of Club Manager**

“MyFirstGym” Manager is a business and people leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the Gym. This includes building a positive member experience, quality member service and providing a premium kids fitness offering.

**Key responsibilities**
- Create a club based value proposition that increases the visitation frequency of members and positively impacts the overall member retention of the gym
- As the primary driver of the sales acquisition strategy you are responsible for achieving the sales goals and targets
- Take full ownership in proactively attracting and recruiting quality staff who share the same values of MyFirstGym
- Create a high performance staff environment that delivers excellence in work, professionalism, maturity and personal standards at all times
- Develop, reward and retain all staff through effective performance management and performance reviews
- Build a gym culture that focuses on quality member experience by leading by example and demonstrating first class member service
- Ensure that all parts of the gym meet the high level of cleaning standards to contribute to a positive member experience at all times
- Ensure that member related issues are resolved urgently and in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the company

**Skills and experience required**
- Experience in managing people in a fast paced and goal orientated business environment
- A proven track record in direct sales and sales management, meeting KPI and sales targets from a weekly to quarterly basis
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong member / customer management experience
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example
- Ability to build and create a strong community culture within an organisation.
- Experienced in supporting coaches/staff members
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Sound decision making and ability to multi task
- Administrative duties

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

- Redbank Plains, QLD 4301: Relocate before starting work (required)
