OAC Chatswood Alber Avenue team value teamwork, collaboration, respect, and passion. We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Diploma educators available for full time work across Monday-Friday to join our team.
Our Campus has been part of the community for over 13 years Made up of two heritage homes, it has now been converted into a unique childcare & preschool, at 30-32 Albert Ave, in the heart of Chatswood. We are a short walk from Chatswood Station and local bus stops.
**Role**:
- Ensure child safety and welfare at all times
- Actively supervise and interact with children
- Ensure children are educated and cared for to the highest standard
- Ensure every child is able to engage with educators in meaningful, open interactions that support the acquisition of skills for life and learning
- Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships
- Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus
- Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work as a team and ensure that you support and respect other team members. Provide our families with exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure that all families are communicated with in a warm and professional manner. Pay attention to greeting and farewelling the families each day, sharing information about their child's day
