My client is at the forefront of civil construction in the Melbourne area, specialising in the construction of new residential subdivisions, industrial subdivisions, road construction, car parks, earthworks, drainage, sewer, water and wetland construction.

They have recently teamed up with an industry leading Tier 1 commercial construction company to deliver the last civil works stage of their project based in Richmond that will be commencing in early January.

**About the role**

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Reporting to the Superintendent, Site or Project Manager/Engineer the daily progress of the project/program
- Reporting back on budgets and schedule tracking
- Managing company employees and subcontractors
- Organising materials and deliveries
- Attending site meetings
- Responsibility for OH&S, Inductions and Prestart Meetings

**About You**
- Proven experience working in a civil foreman or supervisor role, ideally a minimum of 3 years
- Being able to read and interpret drawings/plans is a must
- Experience in procurement
- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
- Ability to ensure core company values are met and expressed
- Maintain expected levels of OH&S
