**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**:
Commencing in February 2024, you’ll join our Data team and start developing your digital career by growing your capabilities across data engineering, analytics and insights and much more.
- You will have the chance to work on projects that really matter to our business, and we'll surround you with a support crew of motivated and creative people who are invested in providing you with big opportunities to help you make a big impact.
- To set you up for success you’ll begin by completing three six-month rotations in different Data squads across the business. You’ll get the opportunity to really understand the software lifecycle and how we create and deliver products that make buying and selling a great experience for our customers and importance of Data engineering to support this. Upon completion of these rotations, you’ll be placed into a permanent home with one of our teams.
- There will be lots of laughs along the way too - whether it's participating in our Hackathons, our endless learning & development opportunities, our wellbeing initiatives, or simply sending amusing GIFs to one another via Slack
