Melbourne City Centre, Australia Department of Education and Training Full time

2 x ongoing positions available
The HR Systems and Services unit supports the Department of Education and Training's corporate and school workforce and two other Victorian Government departments in the areas of HR systems, superannuation and payroll services.
To be successful in this role, you will be solution and client focused and can be relied on your problem solving skills, influence and negotiating skills with employees to achieve desired outcomes. Your capacity to establish and maintain productive relationships within the department and external organisation will also be vital, along with your critical thinking who embraces innovation and continuous improvement.
