We are seeking a Head coach to operate across 2 locations, Yarra Valley Grammar (Ringwood) & Presbyterian Ladies College (Burwood)

Sessions at PLC are run before school & Lunchtimes

Sessions at YVG are run after school, 1:30 - 3:30 (during the summer tennis season), Saturday morning (during the summer tennis season)

Key roles will be:

- Facilitate a fun and safe environment for all players
- Managing the tempo of different lessons
- Building confidence, communicating to players of all ages and abilities.
- Ensure players know their next step within our pathways.
- Collecting players & ensuring everyone is accounted for
- Roll call
- Setting up and packing up for lessons
- Setting up and packing up from one lesson to the next
- Create additional revenue streams via Private Lessons, Holiday Programs & Adult Programs.
- Communicate with and manage coaches to assist with Holiday Programs & Adult Programs.
- Implementing Yarra Valley Grammar’s AGSV program
- Attending training Sessions
- Attending Match Days
- Rostering Staff
- Overseeing team selections
- Oversee ERT Team selection & weekly rostering

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
