Successful applicant will meet the following criteria:

- Past proven barista experience (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to communicate policies and procedures in a diplomatic way and foster a positive team culture
- Thrive in a fast paced environment, able to multitask.
- Organised and able to adhere to plan o grams for merchandising, stock rotation, and keeping the shop looking tidy and presentable at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Lead, inspire, and train front of house retail staff to deliver high quality service
- Assist and report to Store Manager
- Cleaning
- Previous experience in retail and using a point of sale system essential

$30 per hour

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
