Permanent Fulltime Position Available

**Salary Range**: $68,685 - $73,920 (Plus Super)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our administration officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of fantastic customer service. The Non-Admitted Patient Services (NAPS) admin team work across the Specialist Outpatient Clinic, Antenatal Clinic, Cardiac Investigations Unit and ACT Breast Care. The position is located at The Calvary Public Hospital Bruce Campus.

**Key Responsibilities**:
General reception duties & phone calls

Referral & waitlist management

Appointment scheduling

Preparing correspondence for distribution and scanning

ensuring accurate data entry

What you bring

Excellent communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team

Experience in a medical administration role is essential (outpatient or hospital setting preferred)
