**What will you be doing in this role**:

- Preparing for and attend open homes
- Prospecting calls to the database and local residents
- Prepare for market appraisals
- Follow up buyer inquiry and nurture buyer pipeline
- Assist with running auction campaigns
- Attend pre-settlement and building inspections
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Open home call backs and prepare Vendor reports
- Attend photoshoots
- 3 months real estate experience OR
- Sales experience outside of real estate
- NSW Certificate of Registration
- Impeccably presented and confidently spoken
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- A confident phone manner
- The ability to work as a part of a team
