The Wildlife Keeper contributes to the delivery of animal management services by assisting in the care of the Park’s wildlife displays, assists as required with on park breeding programs, guided tours and presentations, cleaning and maintaining enclosures, preparing animal feed and the enhancement of visitor activities and education programs.

**Contract**: This advertisement is for a merit pool of successful applicants that may be offered a casual position as vacancies arise over the next 12 months.

**Location: Cleland Wildlife Park**

**Remuneration**:
GSE2 - $27.35 min. - $27.64 max. per hour (plus a casual loading of 25% in lieu of sick and annual leave).

**Special Conditions**:

- A current Working with Children check is essential.
- Will be required to participate in fire protection and response or associated duties.
- Some out of hours work may be required
- Incumbent is required to wear a uniform
- A current class C driver’s licence is essential and ability and willingness to attend 4WD training.
- The incumbent will be required to work a mix of week day and weekends, as well as being available during peak seasonal times including school holidays.
