We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about early year’s education.
Western Leisure Services (WLS) is a Local Government Enterprise established to manage three leisure facilities in Wyndham City - AquaPulse, Eagle Stadium and the Werribee Outdoor Pool. The Wyndham City Council is the sole shareholder and WLS operates independently of Council through a Board of Directors. Wyndham has experienced the largest and fastest growth in all Victorian local government areas and is the fourth fastest growing in Australia.
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about early year’s education and shares our values. Creche Co-Educators provide and maintain a high-quality play-based program, as well as building a strong customer service relationship with parents.
The Creches at Aqua Pulse and Eagle Stadium are open:
- 9am - 12pm Monday - Friday
- Closed on Public Holidays
- 2 weeks at Christmas time
Reporting to the Crèche Coordinator, the Creche Co-Educator will be responsible for the delivery of fun, educational and safe creche programming. The focus of the role is to ensure the learning and development of the children within your care in accordance with WLS requirements and state regulations.

Essential Qualifications of Applicant:
- Diploma Qualified
- First Aid
- Asthma/Anaphylaxis First Aid
- Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the National Quality Frameworks
- Willingness to learn
- Effective Time Management
