We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join a growing team and work alongside other experienced Sales people. This is an outstanding opportunity to start a career in Real Estate where you will be fully supported by a leading Sales team.

**Daily duties will consist of**:

- Client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
- Vendor reports
- Draft, review, prepare, drop off (if required) &/or send out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation
- Handling admin tasks and sales enquiry
- Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins
- Buyer management
- All open for inspections & private viewings
- Preparing for open for inspections & auctions
- Attend all required property auctions
- Organising photographer appointments
- Understanding the real estate legislation
- Assist in the signing of REIV documentation
- Responsible for key handling
- Handle diverted phone if necessary
- Current Agents Rep certificate is a MUST
- Current Driver's License and own (reliable) car
- A desire to develop your career through great training and support
- Positive attitude and a passion for real estate
- Strong organisational and time management skills
