Phoenix Hospitality Group is a highly reputed and esteemed hospitality management company that operates upscale hotels and resorts across the country. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Banquet Supervisor to join our team at Phoenix Hospitality Group.

As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our banquet operations run smoothly and efficiently, exceeding the expectations of our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are promptly and professionally addressed
- Supervise and coordinate all banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup teams, to ensure excellent service delivery
- Plan, organize, and execute various banquets, meetings, and events, adhering to detailed banquet event orders and timelines
- Conduct pre-event meetings with banquet staff to ensure everyone is well-informed about event details, including menu, setup, and special requests
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet function spaces, ensuring all elements are arranged as per the event specifications.
- Train and mentor banquet staff members, maintaining high levels of professionalism and service standards
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies, coordinating with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage service during banquets
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any complaints or concerns to achieve high guest satisfaction ratings
- Conduct performance evaluations for banquet staff, identifying areas of improvement and providing necessary training or coaching.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet and event management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team of banquet staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues at all levels
- Proven ability to work under pressure, handle challenging situations, and resolve conflicts in a calm and efficient manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software used for banquet planning and coordination

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
