**The Role**:

- Manage a local portfolio of only 100 local properties
- Admin support
- Working alongside one other Junior Property Manager and an experienced Business Development Manager
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Completing routine, entry and exit inspections and Reporting
- Managing arrears and notices
- Organising repairs & maintenance
- Prepare and attend QCAT
- Tenant sign-ups
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- 2 + years of previous Real Estate experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Valid driver's license
