**The Centre**

Welcome to Guardian Childcare & Education Camberwell, a unique and inviting day care centre split between two 1930s houses, featuring high ceilings, native trees and a spacious outdoor area. Our childhood education programs are focused on play-based learning, where our spacious day care and child care centre provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged six weeks to six years of age, supporting them to discover the world in a safe and secure way.

Our Camberwell child care centre is conveniently situated for families living in surrounding suburbs such as Hawthorn East, Canterbury, Surrey Hills, Burwood and Glen Iris.

Our exciting, resource-rich environments include:

- Passionate Educators who focus on relationships with children and families
- Spacious, age-specific studios designed to inspire curiosity, fun, and a sense of belonging
- Engaging outdoor environment including a water play area, pergola and natural play structures to help spark learning and exploration.

**The Opportunity**
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

**To be considered, you will have**:

- A completed Cert 3 or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check.
